Kraton Announces Global SIS and SBS Price Increase

Kraton Corporation (NYSE: KRA), a leading global producer of styrenic block copolymers, specialty polymers and high-value performance products derived from pine wood pulping co-products, has announced a general price increase of $330 USD/MT on all Kraton Styrene-Isoprene-Styrene (SIS) polymers on January 30, 2017, following the announcement of a general price rise of 450 Euros/MT for EMEA and 500 USD/MT in the US and accordingly in the other geographies on all Kraton Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene (SBS) polymers on January 27, 2017.

The company said these price increases would take effect February 1, 2017 subject to the terms of any applicable contracts.
